Our stay at Secrets Akumal was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful and has a luxurious feel, and we absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere. However, we did encounter a few hiccups with housekeeping and the snorkeling experience, which could use some improvement. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we can't wait to return!

I had a mixed experience at Secrets Akumal. The resort has beautiful grounds and some friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable, but the food quality and room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The location is stunning, right on a soft sandy beach, but some service aspects really fell short. Overall, I think it has potential, but it needs improvements.
