Our stay at Secrets Akumal was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful and has a luxurious feel, and we absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere. However, we did encounter a few hiccups with housekeeping and the snorkeling experience, which could use some improvement. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we can't wait to return!
